We retain personal information and SMSF records for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with taxation, superannuation, corporate and regulatory requirements.

Unless a longer retention period is required by law, client records are generally retained for a minimum of seven years after the completion of the relevant engagement.

When information is no longer required, it will be securely destroyed or permanently de-identified where appropriate.

12. Access and Correction

You may request access to the personal information and SMSF information we hold about you and request corrections where the information is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests to access your information but may charge a reasonable administrative fee for providing physical copies of documents.
