iCare Super uses the most professional accounting and administration software to provide accurate accounting information for your SMSF.

We can choose the following SMSF software to provide administration services for your SMSF.

1. BGL Simple Fund 360 Software: The subscription costs for the Basic Version ($132/year) are covered by annual compliance costs, so there are no extra costs to your SMSF. BGL Simple Fund 360 software will be more than sufficient for administering your SMSF. We will provide you with full access to the software, allowing you to review reports or transactions online 24/7.

Additionally, the ESA (Electronic Service Address) is provided free of charge, enabling you to perform rollovers (or we can assist you with), employer contributions, etc.

If you are a trustee who wants to use only the BGL Simple Fund 360 Trustee Edition and save costs, please click on the Simple Fund 360 Trustee Edition.

2. Class Super Software: the annual subscription for Class Super per fund is not covered in our annul fee. We will subscribe the software on behalf of your fund but trustees need to reimburse the full costs to iCare Super. The main benefits of subscribing to Class Super may include more data feeds from broker accounts and platforms.

3. Mclowd Software: At this stage, access to one version of this software is free, but please note that the free version includes ads. Currently, we do not have any clients using this software. It is entirely your decision whether to use it or not, as there are no restrictions from our side. However, we also offer our clients free access to BGL Simple Fund 360, a mature SMSF software that includes comprehensive support from our team.

We will provide alternative solutions to our SMSF clients in due course and ensure the quality of the reports and tax returns are not affected by this change.

4. HandiSoft Superfund: this module is a desktop version that is best to process SMSFs with low volume transactions. Their key features can be found here.

5. MYOB AO/AE Software: this software has capability to handle simple SMSFs.

There are other software products, such as SuperMate developed by SuperConcept, that are mainly used to provide services for their own clients.

We are using mainstream SMSF software that has been developed for decades to ensure accurate accounting information, member benefits allocation, and compliance reports.
