Streamline Your SMSF with Automated Data Feeds

Using data feeds can significantly streamline the processing of your SMSF, saving time and improving reporting accuracy. With automated data feeds, you can easily track contribution history, monitor minimum pension withdrawals, and stay up to date with your SMSF’s investment performance.

A small fee is charged by the software provider — approximately $49.50 per year for bank feeds and $49.50 per year for feeds covering shares, ETFs, and managed funds. These data feeds are optional and not essential for us to administer your SMSF. If preferred, we can still process your SMSF using PDF statements to prepare your tax return and compliance reports.

However, by enabling data feeds, we can update your SMSF records more frequently — monthly or quarterly — providing you with timely insights into your fund’s performance, contributions against the cap, and whether minimum pension payments have been met. This proactive approach helps you stay informed, compliant, and in control of your superannuation strategy.
